JAMIPOL is committed to manage its business processes through an Integrated Management System (IMS) that focuses on customer needs, providing a safe work place and a clean environment. To achieve this goal, JAMIPOL shall continuously strive to enhance Customer Satisfaction, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety performance in its activities, products and services through a structured IMS framework. Towards this commitment, JAMIPOL shall :

·        Establish and achieve IMS objectives, targets and programmes

·        Ensure compliance with legislation and other requirements applicable to product,  environment and OHS

·        Conserve resources

·        Eliminate, minimize and / or control adverse product quality variations, environmental impacts,   prevention of ill health and injury  and occupational health and safety risks through adopting appropriate technology and best operating practices

·        Enhance awareness, skill and competence of employees and contract labour so as to enable them to actively participate and to be accountable for sound IMS performance.
